Future Casting
60 minutes
This practice starts with writing a vision of your future and then speaking from the point of view of different parts of it. Those are then mirrored back in dialog. Honing in on what is important to you and then getting specific advice from your future on how to aim in that direction. Involves guided writing, visualization and dialoguing.
