Solid Bones. Take a specific area of your life, pull the parts of it out like items, and lay them on the floor of this dialoguing space. Together, we identify your current values, uncover and neutralize any threats; put on lab coats and be scientists about what all this gorgeous data is here to tell you about your desired life. wanted and unwanted are just two different flavors to play with. Get clear on your tastes and start building the culture you want to grow your reality from.
Future Casting
60 minutes
This practice starts with creating a short vision of a desired future and then speaking from the point of view of different parts of it. Those are then mirrored back in dialog. Honing in on what is important to you and then getting specific advice from your future on how to aim in that direction. Involves (optional) writing, visualization and dialoguing.
TestLaB Session
60 minutes
TestLab sessions are $0 sessions in exchange for allowing me to record the session and edit some content for use in my newsletter or website (with your preview and permission) as well as providing me with a short review. This is a great option for folks who want more frequent sessions and would enjoy exchanging research as payment. See you in the Lab!
